The crowd at a previous edition of Hong Kong Whisky Festival

To be held on 31 May & 1 June 2025, the Hong Kong Whisky Festival is one of the biggest whisky festival and educational events in Hong Kong.  Exciting happenings will fill four floors of the hotel.  This annual city-wide occasion celebrating whiskies will spread across two days, featuring over 1,300 different spirits, alongside an array of 45 inciting masterclasseshosted by diverse brand ambassadors. Hong Kong Whisky Festival offers whisky enthusiasts an opportunity to engage with industry experts with distilleries, expand their whisky spectrum and indulge in limited edition whiskies.

“This iconic whisky event is set to be bigger and better than ever, bringing together renowned brands, rare independent bottles, esteemed brand ambassadors, and an extensive lineup of masterclasses catering to diverse price points and tasting experiences. We are honoured to contribute to the city’s spirit education, fostering a deeper appreciation for whisky.  With an inclusive approach, this year’s event promises to engage enthusiasts at every level —from curious beginners to seasoned connoisseurs —through expertly curated masterclasses. We are confident that this celebration will captivate all whisky lovers and further enrich the whisky culture in our city,” said Mr. Lars Ruecker, Director of Food & Beverage, InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong.
