THE STANDARD X CRASH BAGGAGE

This November, The Standard partners with Italian luggage innovator Crash Baggage to unveil their first exclusive suitcase collaboration: the Standard-red Icon Luggage. Eye-catching, daring, and built to stand out, this partnership celebrates both brands’ passion for defying norms and redefining travel as an experience of joy and self-expression.

Known for its iconic pre-dented shell, Crash Baggage champions the idea that luggage should be lived in, not kept pristine. The Standard, renowned for its playful luxury and cultural edge, found a perfect partner in Crash Baggage to craft a suitcase that embodies freedom, individuality, and a rebellious spirit. The result is a vibrant, Standard-red edition of the Icon Luggage, turning dents and scratches into badges of honor.

To enrich the collaboration, The Standard commissioned multi-talented model and nightlife icon Connie Fleming, also known as “Connie Girl,” to design an exclusive set of stickers. Drawing from The Standard’s eclectic archive, her bold graphics and logos transform into lively stickers that personalize the luggage and celebrate the brand’s rich storytelling heritage.

The launch features a striking visual campaign shot at The Standard’s flagship locations in Bangkok Mahanakhon and High Line New York. The imagery captures the suitcase in dynamic settings, emphasizing travel as a pursuit of discovery, connection, and fun — core values shared by The Standard and Crash Baggage.

Speaking about the partnership, Amar Lalvani, Executive Chairman of Standard International, said: “Travel is at the heart of The Standard’s identity — not just reaching a destination, but embracing exploration and self-expression. Collaborating with Crash Baggage felt natural; together, we’ve created something bold, imperfect, and unmistakably The Standard.”

The Standard x Crash Baggage Icon Luggage will be available globally online and at The Standard Shops across the world from November 10, 2025, retailing at $350 USD.
