Chef Cheng’s festive menus are designed to suit groups of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations. The 4-person set (MOP 2,688+) features dishes like Star Grouper Fillet with Winter Melon paired with 15-year Huadiao rice wine, and Braised Abalone with Rice and Roasted Goose.

Prosperous Gallop Set for 6 persons

For a more indulgent experience, the 6-person set (MOP 4,688+) introduces dishes such as Crispy Chicken Stuffed with Glutinous Rice and Baked Lobster with Garlic and Lily Bulb — perfect for sharing among friends or family.

For grand celebrations, the 10-person menu (MOP 8,888+) offers a luxurious spread including Steamed South Australian Lobster with Egg White, Jinhua Ham, and the iconic Prosperity Poon Choi.
