Swire Properties Launches Savyavasa in South Jakarta

A new joint venture between Hong Kong’s Swire Properties Limited and Indonesia’s JSI Group, Savyavasa is a leading three towers luxury residential development in the South Jakarta themed “Creating Harmony. Perfected by Nature”, seeking to redefine luxury housing and property in Indonesia upon its expected completion in 2024.  

Located in the centre of Jakarta’s most vibrant and culturally rich environment, the project provides of a total 418 units with two to four bedrooms for multi-generations from young professionals and families; it also features a one km-long jogging trail incorporating natural parklands and an urban forest.
