Torien Rooftop and Bar is designed under a concept that blends traditional Japanese charcoal grilling arts with contemporary expression, targeting tastemakers with distinct lifestyles and social diners. The venue is divided into two main experience zones: the Restaurant Zone (15th Floor), where cultural symbols like Japanese lanterns (Chochin) are reinterpreted to create a warm and intimate atmosphere through lighting; and the Rooftop Bar Zone (16th Floor), an open-air space embracing panoramic views of the Pattaya sea.

The heart of Torien lies in presenting flavors that reflect the essence of pristine, high-quality ingredients.

Every dish is crafted for sharing and sparking flavorful conversation, featuring a seasonal sharing-style menu served alongside meticulously selected Sakes and Highballs. The vibe merges the fun, energetic spirit of Tokyo’s “food streets/food stalls” with an elevated luxury setting atop a high-rise overlooking the Gulf of Thailand.

One of the highlight menus is Wagyu Katsu Sando: showcasing the refinement of Japanese cuisine through premium ingredients. Featuring breaded Wagyu tenderloin, perfectly crisp on the outside and tender within, complemented by house-made katsu sauce, caramelized onion, and lumpfish caviar for a rich, layered, and indulgent flavor experience.
