Walking into Ngon Gallery, I was immediately greeted by an atmosphere of refined elegance, luxury and 5 star space. The soothing ambiance and tasteful décor in industrial design set the stage for an evening of indulgence. The Lobster Buffet was a masterpiece on its own, complete with an enticing display of succulent lobster dishes that showcased the chef’s creativity and culinary expertise.

The star of the show, the lobster itself, took center stage in 4 exquisite forms. From the buttery Lobsters with Nha Trang chili sauce, to the Baked lobsters with greasy cheese, to the aromatic Lobsters with Phu Quoc black pepper sauce, every dish demonstrated a delicate balance of flavours that paid homage to the ocean’s bounty. The Grilled Lobster with garlic butter was a revelation – tender, juicy, and bursting with smoky goodness that elevated the natural sweetness of the lobster meat.

The fresh sashimi and sushi are prepared by Japanese chefs with premium ingredients such as salmon, tuna, octopus, herring, oysters, mussels and more.

Quinn was the name of our butler, and her attentiveness and genuine enthusiasm added to the overall enjoyment of the evening, especially for Leonardo, who was given first class attention. Waiters were more than happy to assist with wine pairings that complemented the lobster offerings flawlessly. The knowledgeable staff was more than willing to guide diners through the selection, ensuring that every sip elevated the dining experience.

Another great detail was the Live Acoustic music, a nice detail that accompany diners in their great experience. Last but not least, Ngon Gallery has curated a kids menu with a variety of fun and delicious dishes that are sure to appeal to even the pickiest of eaters. From mini burgers, crispy chicken and chips to desserts with chocolate and milk tea, they have got something for every little one.
