Raffles Hotel Le Royal Offers ‘Pink Afternoon Tea’

Raffles Hotel Le Royal will mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October by offering an exclusive “Pink Afternoon Tea” set, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting a foundation that operates local hospitals.

The landmark heritage hotel in Cambodia’s capital Phnom Pen wants to acknowledge and support those who have experienced or are currently dealing with breast cancer. Proceeds from the “Pink Afternoon Tea” will be donated to the Cambodia Kantha Bopha Foundation.

The “Pink Afternoon Tea” set includes a selection of delectable pink-hued sweet and savory treats served on an elegant tabletop tower, along with a choice of premium teas, coffees, a signature Phnom Pen Sling cocktail and more. Each set serves two people and will be available daily in the hotel’s Grand Lobby from 2pm to 5pm throughout October. The set is priced at $28 net.

The “Pink Afternoon Tea” set

Raffles Hotel Le Royal, which originally opened in 1929, features 175 spacious rooms and suites that underwent a full refurbishment as part of a meticulous one-year restoration project in 2019. The hotel’s rich past has been reinterpreted in a bold, contemporary style that is inspired by French colonial, Khmer and Art Deco influences.
