Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor is partnering with Siso, a celebrated artisan bakery in Phnom Penh, to host a special Champagne brunch in celebration of Easter Sunday on April 5.

Siso, known for its Japanese-French-inspired cakes and pastries made with premium fresh ingredients, will offer a selection of tempting treats, including lemon yuzu eclairs, spiced carrot pineapple tart, triple chocolate crunch cake, strawberry milk tart, and more. Siso Bakery is one of Phnom Penh’s most beloved pastry cafés and recently opened a location at the city’s new Techo International Airport.

The Champagne Brunch with Siso will be held at Café d’Angkor, the hotel’s popular monthly brunch venue. The event is priced at $60++ per person, with an additional $35++ for unlimited Champagne, and will be served from 12 pm to 3 pm.
