This November, Chatrium Grand Bangkok invites guests to immerse themselves in a month-long celebration of the ocean’s most prized treasures. Oyster Month: A Symphony of the Sea, taking place from 1 to 30 November 2025, showcases an extraordinary culinary festival featuring oysters, caviar, Champagne, Michelin-starred chefs, international champions, and mixology masters.
