Zenmaya Oceanfront Phuket, Trademark Collection by Wyndham is proud to announce the completion of the first phase of its solar panel installation, which will meet around 30% of its power needs immediately. The project involves the installation of 188 high-efficiency solar modules with a power output capacity of up to 120 kWp. By harnessing solar energy, Zenmaya Oceanfront Phuket expects to make substantial savings alongside its significant reduction in carbon emissions. Phase one of the installation was completed in September, and the second and final phase is set for completion within the last quarter of 2024—just in time for the high season. This will further advance the resort’s renewable energy capabilities, reducing reliance on non-renewable sources. “Investing in solar energy has proven to be a smart, sustainable choice, not only for long-term cost savings but also for advancing our environmental goals.
