The Grilled Lobster with garlic butter was a revelation – tender, juicy, and bursting with smoky goodness that elevated the natural sweetness of the lobster meat. But the buffet was far from a one-note symphony. Accompanying the lobster were an array of delectable seafood sides and accompaniments, more than 100 dishes made from high-class ingredients according to East and West that enhanced the overall dining experience. The selection of fresh salads, perfectly cooked seafood companions, and a variety of sauces ensured that every palate was catered to. The fusion of local ingredients and international culinary techniques was evident in each creation. The fresh sashimi and sushi are prepared by Japanese chefs with premium ingredients such as salmon, tuna, octopus, herring, oysters, mussels and more.
