A trio of main courses will then present diners with Vietnamese escargots with pork & lemongrass, a tribute to the French heritage that Anthony shared with Vietnam, along with classic pork bánh mì and bún chả, before a delectable dessert of pomelo sweet soup. This mouth-watering menu will be expertly crafted by Chef Thu Doan, Citron’s highly-skilled Executive Sous Chef, who has delighted diners at InterContinental Danang for more than 12 years.
