<p>Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort proudly announces the arrival of Yantra, Singapore’s celebrated Indian dining destination, for an exclusive month-long pop-up event. From 25 July to 25 August, Yantra will transform the culinary landscape with a rich tapestry of flavours that honour India’s vibrant culinary traditions. Under the creative direction of culinary historian Pritha Sen and Executive Chef Pinaki Ray, Yantra Unveiled promises an unforgettable gastronomic journey. Embracing a philosophy that blends reverence for tradition with innovative flair, the menu showcases an array of vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies. Each dish is meticulously crafted using rare and premium ingredients sourced from across the Indian subcontinent and Southeast Asia, promising a sensory adventure unlike any other. Yantra’s menu is an eclectic mix of flavours, with many dishes boasting an interesting history. Chaat Banarasi pays homage to the traders who spread this culinary gem across India, while it was the Mughals’ influence that introduced the skewered grilling techniques that are a mainstay in Indian cuisine nowadays, like their Paneer Achari Tikka. Transport your taste buds to the Himalayas with Ema Datshi, a classic Bhutanese and Tibetan chilli-cheese soup or choose the Chingri Malaikari, where freshwater king prawns are simmered in a velvety coconut cream curry infused with traditional Bengali spices, capturing the essence of luxury and tradition. Other Yantra masterpieces include Sutta Gosht, where mutton is slow-cooked for over four hours, the Purani Dilli Murg Makhani, a butter chicken that pays homage to post-Partition Delhi cuisine or Ma Di Dal, a Punjabi-style creamy black lentil dish slow-cooked over a traditional wood-burning fire. Join us at Yantra for an unparalleled dining experience where each bite tells a story of India&#8217;s culinary brilliance, set against the luxurious backdrop of Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort and the Chao Phraya River. Don’t miss this chance to savour the essence of India, reimagined for the modern palate.
