The EMBER CURATES series aims to unite distinguished chefs from Singapore and around the world in innovative collaborations with the Ember Beach Club team. Following the success of the Dioriviera pop-up event at One&Only Desaru Coast and the Andrew & Friends chef series, the In Good Spirits arm of EMBER CURATES will spotlight the fascinating world of beverages, showcasing the versatility of the destination. The upcoming collaboration marks the third edition of the series, and the first for Ember Beach Club’s newly appointed Chef de Cuisine Bianca Palmer.
