This ancient practice has been used for therapeutic purposes for thousands of years and involves the use of crystals to bring mind, body, spirit, and environment back into harmony. During this 30-to-40-minute session, crystals will be placed on specific points on the body, with a focus on the Chakra energy centres. The main influence for healing is the Chakra Philosophy which emphasises the connection between physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.
